Learning, Development + Culture
- Leading and executing the Trailborn culture programming, training, recognition and retention programs
- Overseeing the systems and processes for reviews, accountability and leadership growth at the property level
- Creating systems to allow team members to enhance their hospitality knowledge, skills, and capabilities, through cross training and local learning
- Managing and overseeing any people-related issues on property
- Upholding and implementing behavioral interviewing systems, processes, criteria and procedures to interview and hire all property-level team members
- Supporting and creating system, processes, and procedures to onboard and exit all new team members
- Fostering the onsite J-1 program
- Managing all hiring platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Creating and administering a proprietary Trailborn Rocky Mountains benefits program
- Managing payroll systems across both properties
- Analyzing and tracking data to evaluate competitive wages and benefits on a bi-annual basis
- Contribute to annual budget process
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal employment laws
- Manage all programs including workers compensation and FMLA to ensure compliance with all employee policies and procedures
